Several methods of bearing rust prevention

  1)Surface cleaning:the proper method must be selected according to the nature of the surface of the rust-proof object and the current conditions.The commonly used methods include solvent cleaning,chemical treatment cleaning and mechanical cleaning.

  2)After the surface is dried and cleaned,it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air,or dried with a dryer at 120~170℃,or wiped with clean gauze.

  Method of applying antirust oil

  1)Immersion method:some small items are immersed in antirust grease to make their surface adhere to a layer of antirust grease.The oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease.

  2)The brushing method is used for outdoor building equipment or products with special shapes that are not suitable for soaking or spraying.When brushing,attention should be paid to not only prevent accumulation,but also to prevent missing coating.

  3)Spray method Some large antirust materials cannot be oiled by immersion method.Generally,filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in the air clean place.The spray method is applicable to solvent diluted antirust oil or thin antirust oil,but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be taken.

  Why does hand sweat cause metal corrosion?

  Human sweat is a colorless transparent or light yellow liquid with a salty taste and weak acidity,and its pH value is 5~6.In addition to sodium,potassium,calcium and magnesium salts,it also contains a small amount of urea,lactic acid,citric acid and other organic acids.When sweat contacts with metal,a layer of sweat film will be formed on the metal surface.The sweat film will cause electrochemical action on the metal and corrode the metal.Human sweating is inevitable.To prevent hand sweating from causing corrosion,the production personnel should wear gloves,finger covers,or use special tools to take parts,and do not touch the product with hands casually.
